Basic Requirements and Guidelines:

• Fellows, Residents, or Medical Students who are members of the Pennsylvania Rheumatology Society (PRS) are eligible to submit a PowerPoint presentation.

• By submitting your PowerPoint presentation, you agree to present the PowerPoint presentation if it is selected for either oral or poster presentation at the annual meeting at Kalahari Resorts & Convention, in Pocono Manor, PA.  

• The presentation must be submitted to a panel of judges in NO more than ten (10) slides, PowerPoint format ONLY.  Do not include your name, institution/affiliation name, or logo in your PowerPoint submission!

• Posters MUST NOT BE LARGER than 4' wide x 3' in height. NO LARGER! 

• The judges' cases selected for poster presentations will be announced on Monday, August 7, 2023, via email.  

• Presentation MAY NOT BE IN PDF Format

You may submit more than one presentation, however, only the highest scoring submission will be invited for oral or poster presentation.

The submission portal will close at 11:59 pm on Monday, July 17, 2023.
